In the Customize dialog, you will find a list of the palettes available in the current AutoCAD Profile in the left list box, and the current Tool Palette Groups in the right list box. Right click on the title spine of the Tool Palettes and choose Customize Palettes from the context menu. With the appropriate Tool Palette File Locations path in place, select OK to close the Options dialog. For example, in AutoCAD Architecture 2019, if content was installed to the default locations and you installed the US Imperial content, the profile for US Imperial content should have a location of C:\Users\ YOURUSERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\ACA 2019\enu\Support\WorkspaceCatalog (Imperial). If you are using the out-of-the-box content, then you should have at least one "WorkspaceCatalog" folder specified. In the Options dialog, on the Files tab, expand the Tool Palettes File Locations node. Verify that you have the correct Tool Palettes File Locations path(s) specified for the AutoCAD Profile you are using.
